Late August Workout Playlist

I decided to start in Late August Workout because I can’t write an honest opinion on the workout. 2023 was a lot of trial and error regarding my workout. I will cover that in another blog. In August, when I got bored with my workout and didn’t want to workout, I decided it was time for another change.

Week 1: A change will do you good

I started getting bored doing the same workout with people, and I started missing workouts. Usually, this is when I fall off, but on some level, I return to old Danielle, meaning trying to see on the other side of the mountain loosely translates to getting from point A to point B. I decided not to stick with the same routine. My constant need to change is my routine, so why not with my workou? I started by working on the Fiton Jeanette Jenkins workout. Now Jeanette Jenkins training outside of Tracy Anderson’s workouts make me feel like I suck at working out; even their “beginners” workout makes me feel like….no words. However, I was feeling more confident, so I decided to try her workouts again.

Jeanette Jenkins’s Upper Body Chisel Camp & Cardio Chisel Camp. Now here’s the $5,000 dollar question: did Jeanette Jenkins workout makes me feel like a loser? The survey says: Yes and No.

Meaning I have finally accepted that there will be moves I can not do (i.e., mountain climbers and burpees); however, the rest of the moves I did pretty well. She had a mixture of body weight and dumbells, and the workout was fun. The other workout was Cardio Chsiel Camp, which was strength train and cardio. The workout is a lot of fun and trust me I was shocked as hell workout was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed it, and I’m proud to say that I didn’t do so bad. I also did this workout twice that week. If your intersest in trying Jeanette workout you can buy DVD from her website or Fiton app. Both of Jeanette Jenkins workouts is a 10 out of 10 and the report card is B.

Next is LWR workout playlist three; this workout combines her old and new workouts. What I love about LWR workouts is my ability to work on my problem areas in short workouts. I start with my work on my back and my chest. LWR’s week one back toning this workout is one of her mini workouts, and it’s out of the box with back training. An example is using a book to work on my books; this workout can be done without shoes, which is also a plus in case you want a quick workout this is a must. This workout is a ten out of ten.

With keeping with short workouts, next was Tone Every Inch in 5 mins. You workout all of the body parts in a quick minute. The workout me also has a HIIT vibe to me a lot of fun. Which made it a lot of fun the workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout stays in rotation, and this workout was the first LWR workout I have done. And it’s LWR’s 7 Minute Workout To Lose Belly Fat. I really like this workout becaue it’s also a mini workout and it focus on working on the belly fat and LWR also give helpful tips. This workout is alot of fun and it goes by really quickly. A definite ten out of ten.

The following workout until recently, I didn’t believe it worked, but it does, and it’s 2 Minute Bust Lift Routine. The reason I didn’t think it worked is because, well, I am 44F, and no matter how much weight I lose, my breast size doesn’t change. However, LWRs target Cooper’s ligaments. What’s the Cooper’s ligaments, you ask? The Cooper ligaments are connective tissue in the breasts that help maintain structural integrity. Loosely translating the workout helps you with the lift. I didn’t believe it but I have notice a difference in the bust area. These execise doesn’t seem like they are doing anything but it’s helping alot. The workout is a ten out of ten.

This workout combines my two favorite things: Autumn and HIIT. I love HIIT workout because it jumps start your metabolism, and once you are over forty, I will take anything that will help with that problem. Well, Autumn is one of my favorite seasons, so that’s a plus. I highly recommend doing HIIT workouts becauseit helps alot.

The following workout is LWR’s newest workout, and it’s working on some of my trouble areas: abs, core and waist. This workout is her 15 Min Abs, Waist & Core. This by far is one of my favorite standing abs workout the mixture of working on all of three is a plus. I love finding different ways to work my abs and my core. A ten out of ten.

The following workout, like the belly fat workout, stays in the rotation. This workout is the 7 Minute To Lose Back Fat. My back fat was one of my problem areas even when I was skinny, and since my early twenties, I was obsessed with working my back. I like these moves because they have a cardio feel to them. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The following two workouts are in rotation, and not only did they help me get in better shape, but they also helped me feel more confident. One is At home workout full-body sculpture. This workout is a twenty-minute workout with three rounds of toning all of the body parts that help you look good in that sexy dress you have been wanting to wear. LWR also has a diagram of a woman in a black dress showing you what body part you are working on. By the last round, you will be a little more flexible. The workout is a ten out of ten especially with getting your body back tone.

The second workout was recommended in the At Home full body sculpture. The workout is 7 Minute Drop A Dress Size. I’m not sure if it helps me drop a dress size because I hadn’t wore a dress until I went to the captain ball. But this workout made me feel more confident about my body which to me is more impotant than droping a dress size. The workout is a ten out of ten.

One of my favorite workouts is an indoor walking workout. When I first started doing indoor walking, I thought that it was some bullshit. How could indoor walking workouts be effective without a treadmill or walking outside? LWR’s walking workouts have become my favorites, and her newest walking workout, 15 Minute Virtual Walk With Lucy In Vienna, is a definite must. Vienna was one of the countries I would love to visit. And doing this walking workout makes me want to see this country more. It’s so beautiful and clean there. With me going on and on about the Country, I haven’t talked about the workout. This workout was a lot of fun and had a lot of toning to go along with it, and like most of the LWR walking workout, it went fast. This walking workout is a 10 out of 10.

Last but not least, the workout I had done this week was LWR HIIT TRAINING-Full Body Home Workout. This HIIT workout was a little different because it mixed toning with cardio, making it fun. The workout had low impact and high impct workout, Another 10 out of 10.

Along with my workout, I’m fortunate to have a job where I do a lot of walking. Sometimes, I get to walk my ultimate goal, which is 15,000 steps or my main goal 10,000 steps, I don’t have the rest of August calendar because well the rest of the month suck. However Septemeber has gotten better. ☺️
