In August when my workout game was starting to slip, I realized I couldn’t continue down the same path. I didn’t want to lose momentum so I decided to change my workout game at the end of August. I also decided to challenge myself and not be so hard on myself when things aren’t going well. I’m known to quit when things aren’t going well. However, that’s easier said than me when dealing with my ego.
Week 1 & 2: There Is Nothing To Fear But Fear Itself
I decided to start September by challenging myself and working on myself. And to me, there is no other way to challenge yourself than with Jeanette Jenkins. For those who don’t know Jeanette Jenkins is a celebrity trainer who has worked with P!nk and Kelly Rowland to name a few. And when it comes to workout she is a total badass. I have attempted her workout a few times over the years however, none of these workouts ever go well. Jeanette Jenkins is a trainer on the Fiton workout app. I haven’t worked on her workout in a while like I said ego and pride.
I decided to try out her Upper Body Chisel Camp & Cardio Chisel Camp. Her upper body chisel camp was extremely challenging and working my upper body is important because I have broad shoulders and working on my back fat. Mixing together working on the floor and working with dumbbells was different at the same time I was able to keep up with the workout and it’s under thirty minutes which is a plus if you don’t have alot of time to get a good workout in. I will definitely give this workout a ten out of ten.
The next workout was her Cardio Chisel Camp workout you would think that her cardio workout would be easier than her upper body chisel camp workout. Think again with the cardio workout you are mixing weight training with cardio somehow made it more challenging I still didn’t give up. I also was able to work my abs which is always a plus for me. I am giving this workout an eight out of ten only because of two exercises I can not do: mountain climbers and burpees. All in all the cardio workout is not bad and I was able to keep up with Jeanette Jenkins’s workouts. Which gave me faith i’m finally getting stronger and my workout game is moving along quite well.

The first workout is the Week 1 Back Toning Workout which is one of my favorites. As I blog in the past one of my trouble areas is my back. Even when I was smaller I had issues with back fat. What I love most about the workout is not only that workout is under ten minutes is this back workout is very different from her other back workouts. You will also use a chair and a book which is interesting but you will feel the different muscles that you are working on the workout was a ten out of ten.

The next workout is one of my favorites for two reasons. One is I love a toning workout and the second reason is it’s a workout under five minutes. I know that you are saying hatt kind of workout can you do under 5 minutes. Well a toning workout it is and the moves are pretty easy to do. If you are cunch for time or you can’t do a long workout this is one is for you. A ten out of ten.

The next workout is one of LWR’s newest workouts. 7 Minute Lose Belly Fat Workout. Working on your belly fat is different from working on your abs because you do need some belly fat. However, the LWR workout helps a lot when you are working on your stomach the moves are easy to do and you will feel like you aren’t doing anything. With time you will notice a difference with your stomach. Another workout that isn’t long and gets the job long. What can I say another ten out of ten.

Another trouble area is my bust I have big breasts. I wear a 44F. We all know that natural breast sag especially when they are as big as mine. I’m not going to lie I didn’t work out my breast area. I believe that my breasts were never going to change and the LWR breast workout showed me otherwise. Like belly fat the breasts workout have simple moves that will make you feel like you aren’t doing anything. But this type of workout do work. How do I know? Because in my sport bras I went from wearing 5lux to 4lux. I still wear a 44F bra but my chest area is looking and feeling better. Also, if it helps the workout is under four minutes long. One of my favorite season is Autumn and nothing I love more than a HIIT workout. Well this workout mixed my to favorite things. The only problem is that this HIIT workout wasn’t on of my favorite the moves aren’t some of my favorite. However, the moves I don’t like well I just don’t do. Unfortunately, I will have to give this workout a seven out of ten.

The following workout is one LWR newer workout, working on three of my problem areas: abs, core, & waist. I love this workout because you are working on these areas standing up, which is a plus. She works on the different parts, and you will feel it in the various regions. Also another plus is that the workout is under twenty minutes. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The following two workouts stay in rotations , and they are a few of my favorite workouts. The first one is the very first workout I have done. LWR’s belly fat workout was one of my favorite: one of the reason is that its a mini workout. The workout is under ten minute a major plus; the second reason is I love that she is breaking down the ways to lose belly fat and she give helpful tips. The last one is that the moves are not hard to follow no matter where what your fitness level. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another seven-minute workout, and it’s also the second LWR workout I have done. It’s her 7 Minute Workout To Lose Back Fat. My back fat is another problem area that I had even when I was smaller I was constantly working on my back. What I love about LWR workout is that she thinks outside of the box with her workout. These moves are strategist to working on your problem areas. Another plus is next to this being a mini workout the moves are fun to do. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The next two workout are also a staple with in LWR workouts. I love both of them because of how confident the workout makes you feel and the moves feell strategically put together to make you feel sexy when you are all dress up.
The first workout is LWR’s At Home Workout Full Body Sculpt. Now, this workout is a twenty-minute workout. You will have three rounds of the workout. This workout is one of my favorites and a staple in my LWR workout. She has a silhouette of a woman wearing a black dress, and she is showing you the various body parts that you are working on. She also recommends this workout if you are trying to get back in shape after having a baby. Which I will keep in mind for after I have my baby. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The second workout is LWR 7 Minute Drop A Dress Size Workout. I found this workout through the full body sculpt. This workout is very similar to her full-body sculpts workout. But of course, the workout is shorter, but it’s just as much fun. Unlike other drop-a-dress-size workout gimmicks. This workout you will start to results as soon three weeks. Another ten out of ten.

The following workout is one of her newer workouts, and it’s one of her walking workouts, which is another plus. The workout is is 15-minute virtual Walk With Lucy in Vienna, as someone who is too self-conscious to go walking or running outside. The walking workouts help you get back in shape. The workout is a walking segment and a muscle training segment. I love her walking workout, which is a lot of fun, but this workout is even more fun because you are doing a virtual tour of Vienna. Vienna is one of the countries that I have always wanted to visit. While doing your walking workout, you can admire how beautiful and clean Vienna is which to me makes the workout goes by even quicker. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The final workout for week one is a HIIT training workout. The workout is fast pace however its under fifteen minute and you will have more energy and it will help with your metabolism. The second week was mostly the same workout with a few extra mini workout. The following workout is another walking workout and it’s a newer workout. The name of this workout is Walking Workout For Weight Loss/ 15 Minutes Fat Burns. Unfortunately, it’s not a virtual workout like Vienna but the wokrout was a lot of fun, It kind of remind of HIIT but with walking. A ten out of ten.

Summarizing the first two weeks, I think I did pretty good. I’m still learning to be more gentle with myself. I also need to learn not to push myself so hard. With my schedule, 60-120 minute workouts are not possible. I really like these workouts, even the ones that I struggle with. I give the first two weeks of September 90%. I know I will never be perfect; however, I strive to be in better in shape than before.
Week 3 & 4: Do-Over Or Do-Better?
The following two weeks come from my YouTube workout playlist. I have been working on the playlists for a while. Recently, I went through a workout I don’t like—some of this workout I haven’t done in a long time. However, I noticed a difference with the moves this time around. I’m not sure if it’s because I have lost weight or I’m feeling more confident; either way, these workouts went better this time around.
I begin this week with many do-over workouts, starting with LSF’s Bra Bulge & Back Fat/ Tone Arms Workout. Before I found LWR workouts I used to do LSF workout. The majority of her workouts on her YouTube channel are mini-workouts. When I tried to get back into fitness in 2019 her workout really help. Although her workouts are mini workout you will feel it. What I love about this workout is that you work on your bra bulge, back, and arms. You will used 2lbs dumbbellls and trust me you will feel the workout. This workout is one of the many do overs and although the moves were trying I enjoy it. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The second workout is also an LSF workout How To Get Rid Of Cellulite Fat Burning Workout. I’m lucky I don’t have much cellulite but I do like toning up my body. Like the bra bulge workout though it’s a nine minute workout and like the bra bulge workout you will feel it. And you will be sore afterwards. This workout is another do-over and this time around I struggle still because Katie’s workkout are tough. However, the workout is still a ten out of ten.

The following workout is also from the LSF channel. The workout is called 5 Min Standing Abs Workout/ Belly Fat Burner. I hate working on my abs, but what I hate more is working on my abs on the floor. So whenever I can work my abs standing up or do an intense cardio workout, I will definitely try the workout. The workout does not use traditional stand-up moves, which I love the most. Another do over, and this time, I did better and my abs are getting stronger. It still taking forever for my stomach to flatten out. But workout like this really helps. The workout is a ten out ten.

The following workout comes from a channel on YouTube called Body Project. The workout is called 30 Minute Fat Burning Home Workout For Beginners. Now, this workout is not a do-over. This is the first time that I did this workout. To be honest, I love this workout the moves were trying but fun what I love the most about this workout is that they use real people in the workout who use their program. It’s alot of fun and I enjoy it. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The first day was full of do-overs and new-beginning workouts. I’m proud of my progress because I struggle with my workout although the moves are still challenging. I did pretty good.

The next following LWR’s workout is the 7-Minute HIIT Workout. I love HIIT workouts because it’s a great way to jump-start your metabolism, and as I have blogged before, after forty, you need that boost. This is one of my favorite HIITs because LWR had two different versions of the moves: beginners and advanced. I love to mitch match the moves when they have options like this in the workout. I love LWR’s walking workout they are so much fun and what I love more than anything is that you can do toning and cardio at the same time. This walking workout is a At Home Fat Burning Pace Exercises To Lose Belly Fat. This walking workout is thirty minutes long and it give you the option of walking or running in place. The following workout is another do over the workout is LSF’s Spring Slim Down Dance Cardio. I’m not particularly eager to dance because, well, I have no rhythm. However, as long as I can dance in the privacy of my family room, I don’t mind dancing. Because I couldn’t get the moves down even now however it was only six minutes long and I got a good workout. I will give it an eight out of ten.

My next workout was a do-over. This workout is from the LSF. Also, it’s a 10 Minute Tank Top Arms With Popsugar. I love crossover anything, and this workout was a lot of fun. I’m working to get my arms lean and toned, so this workout was fun. I love Katie (LSF) and Anne (formerly of Popsugar) and them together made this workout all the more fun. A ten out of ten.

Another LSF do-over workout however this workout is harder than I remember. This workout is called Spring Slimdown How To Get Rid Of Belly Pooch. The reason I said it was harder is because you use booty band and using a booty band for your belly is not for the weak. Abs workout on the floor are never my favorite but I enjoy the workout and of course the challenge. I give this workout a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another LWR’s 7–Minute Workout-Full Body Workout With Low Impact HIIT Cardio. I love low-impact workouts because I’m not a big fan of jumping and, of course, burpees. This workout will definitely get your heart rate going and I love all mini-workouts, and the low impact workouts are right up my ally. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another LSF do over this workout is called Spring Slimdown 5 Minute Crop Top Slimdown 5 Minute Crop Top Abs. I know I will never get back into mid-riff for two reasons: 1. I don’t think my stomach will ever get flat enough to wear again, and 2. I’m in my forties. However, I’m back to wearing a crop top since I have slimmed down. And this workout helps you achieve your stomach and workout on the floor. You will feel a little burn afterwards. Also, the workout is another mini-one. The workout is another ten out of ten.

In my DJ Khaled another one this LSF workout is called 5 Minute Booty Builder. And like the belly pooch, this workout is another hard one because you use booty bands. The workout was challenging. Im hope that I will eventually get strong enough to use a heavy booty band (right now, I use medium booty bands); however, I love the moves. This workout is a ten out of ten.

Week 5: How far I had come.
The week workout are all repeats except one and this workout is one of my favorites. The workout is Cathe Friedrich’s Crossfire. This workout does it all or like to say a win/win situation. You will be burning fat, building lean muscle and high intensity cardio intervals workout. The workout is 57 minutes long and afterwards, you will be sweaty and tired. Another ten out of ten.
August went pretty well, especially with the minor retweaking and the do overs. All in All I give myselfe a honest A-.
