Again, I apologize for not having a workout playlist from October to early December. December had been a rough month for me. My calendar, which includes my workouts, literally fell apart, and my iPhone had my workout calendar in there, too. Well, it finally decided to show its true colors, and I had to replace my phone due to software problems. I lost my workout calendar again. So, I had to start over, which seems to be the story of my life. I have decided to start in the third week of December.
Week 3 & 4: A New Workout With A Old Workout
Week 3:
I decided since I had to start over with my workout also. On Sunday, I start with Fiton 24 Hour Fit: Interval Strength with trainer Breann Mitchell. Now, Breann is one of my favorite trainers on Fiton; her workouts are a lot of fun because she has a high-impact version and a low-impact version. Also, she mixed cardio with strength training. The workout is twenty-seven minutes long.
My first impression of this workout is this workout is a lot of fun, but you will work and sweat your butt off. So far, I am giving this workout a ten out of ten.
As I blog in other workouts, Lucy Wynham-Reads’s workout is the most consistent in my workout life. I have seen so many results with her workout that I can’t see myself not doing her workouts. I have made three playlists in my YouTube library full of her workouts. I decided to start over with playlist number one. Right now, I am focusing on getting my stomach down. Of course, with my weight loss journey and my fitness journey this part of my body my stomach has been the slowest to train.
Sometimes, I feel like my stomach will never at least get the sexy lines I had a few years ago. Instead of getting down on myself like I used to and binge eating, I decided to see it as a challenge. And right now, I’m on a challenge to get my stomach down for something I want to do in February. If anyone can help you with getting your belly fat down its Lucy Wyndham-Read or I like to shorten her name to LWR.
The first LWR workout is the LWR 10 Minute Abs workout. The workout has her top 10 standing abs moves. What I love about her abs workout is that you will work your abs and waists differently. And yet you will feel like you were doing on-the-floor abs workouts. In LWR’s tradition, this workout is under fifteen minutes. And you will feel your abs. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is one of the LWR workouts I haven’t done before, and this workout is a 7 Minute Virtual Fitness Adventure Workout. This is a cardio workout and you will be doing virtual rock climbing. I love the fact that this was a mini workout and work all parts of the body.

My first LWR workout that I have done is her belly fat workout. I believe that her workout is what has helped my stomach go down. I decided to try Series 2 7 Minute Workout To Lose Belly Fat. The workout is a lot of fun, and sticking with her formula of having a fun and fast workout. Freer One of the things I love about this belly fat workout is that it has beginner moves and intermediate moves. I personally like to mitch match the moves. The workout, as usual, is a ten out of ten.

The final LWR workout for the day is another cardio workout. The workout is a Winter Wonderland Workout. The exercise is only seven minutes long, but jam packs a lot of cardio moves, including running with the wolves. The workout do not have a certain level which make it even more fun. The workout is a ten out of ten.

On this day, I decided to do alot of mini workouts because it was alot of fun and to be honest, at first, I couldn’t get out of the bed. All and all I had alot of fun and enjoy the workouts.
The following workout is Cathe Friedrich’s Ice: Metabolic Total Body. This workout is from the ICE series; ICE means Intermediate Conditioning Extreme. The workout is forty-nine minutes long, and you will need different sizes of dumbbells. What I love about this workout is that you will work the upper and the lower body. The moves are not difficult to do, although I recommend you use lighter dumbbells until you get the hang of it. Metabolic training is maximised muscle gain and shed excess fat. And this workout will do it all. I give this workout a ten out ten.
Week 4:
Week 4:
The following workout was the LWR workout from my YouTube playlist number one. The workout I did was one of the workouts that stayed in rotation. The workout is called The Full Body Sculpt. The workout is nineteen minutes long with six moves and three sessions. What I love about the workout is that the workout focus on different body part and the workout makes you feel empower and helps you feel confident in you clothes. This workout of course is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is a cardio workout, and it’s called 20 Minute HIIT Inch Loss Workout To Lose Weight, Burn Calories & Tonigh workout. The workout is fun because you will mix cardio and toning. Another positive about this workout is that you have a low impact and a higher impact. I ended up mismatching the moves, and I was tired afterward. I’m not sure if this was a first impression or if I have done this workout before, but i am assuming that this is the first time, and my first impression is that this workout is alot of fun and you will feel the moves afterward even with doing the low impact workout. The workout is a definite ten out of ten.

Thursday was the final day of Cathe Friedrich’s ICE: Metabolic Total Body. Before I restarted my workout calendars, I was already doing the workout. I use more of my heavier dumbbells (my 8lbs dumbbells) this time, and i have my heating massage pad on my shoulders/upper back; as I type this, I am still proud of myself for challenging myself. My final synopsis of this workout is I genuinely enjoy it, and Cathe Friedrich’s workout usually never disappoints. The workout will stay in the rotation of various Cathe’s workout. A ten out of ten.
Week 4:
Week 4 was a crazy work week. The plus was my step game was on fire this week; however, I stayed exhausted. I start Sunday with finishing Cathe Friedrich’s Metabolic Total Body. I didn’t get a chance to finish the workout, and the workout was a lot of fun. I enjoy the finishing of the workout. My technique with the, moves are getting stronger. I continue to mismatch but I’m starting to use my heavier dumbbells. I also enjoy that she gives creative way of working your abs beside for being on the floor crunches.
The second workout comes from Fiton Workout, also with trainer Breann Mitchell. The workout is called HIIT Boxing. Of course, the exercise is not real boxing training; however, in the workout, you will be working your body. Theis workout is only nineteen minutes long but you will move your body. It definitely a ten out of ten. I don’t know why but I didn’t get a chance to get a picture but you can find this workout on the fiton app.
The following day it was time for LWR workout from my LWR’S number one YouTube playist. This workout stay in rotation when it comes to my LWR workouts. The workout is call Full Body Sculpt. I love this workout because for me it makes me feel sexy and confident that I will look good in my clothes. With every move, you can see what part you are working on silhouette in a black dress. For some reason that makes me feel sexier. This workout is definite ten out ten.

On Thursday I did my last Cathe Friedrich’s Metabolic Total Body workout. I can’t tell you how many times I did the workout before my calendar had to start over. For the last time, I used my heavier dumbbell (the eight lbs), and I’m definitely getting stronger. I got the moves down and although i’m on my heating pad as I types this it was totally worth it. My final synoptic is the workout is a lot of fun because when the little core exercise that you are doing afterward you will feel it all over. A ten out of ten.
If you are interested in this workout or any of Cathe Friedrich’s workouts. You can buy the DVD on Cathe.com, or you can get her app. Either way Cathe Friedrich’s workouts rarely disappointed.
On Friday, I did my Fiton workout; this is the second time I have done both workouts. The first workout was 24 Hour Fit: Interval Strength; this work introduced me to isometric workouts, which are a lot of fun. An isometric workout is the tightening of specific muscles. I haven’t done it before; however, I enjoy the workout. Some of the moves were tricky, but I still enjoy the workout. The workout is a ten out of ten.
The second workout is HIIT Boxing. Now, this workout combines two of my favorite, HIIT and Boxing, with one of my favorite trainers; what could go wrong? I can tell you what went wrong with my no sense of rhythm. It makes this workout a little more tricky. Some of my workouts with choreography I can catch on pretty quickly. Other workouts takes longer to catch on to and this workout fits in that category. The workout still get a ten out of ten.
The final workout for December is LWR. These workouts focus on two of my problem areas & walking and toning. The first workout was her 7 Minute Belly Fat Workout. I have blogged about this workout before I love this workout so much it’s one of my go-to workouts. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The second workout is LWR’s 7 Minute Back Fat Workout. Also, it is another go-to workout. I love this workout; the moves are very strategist to working on your back fat. The workout is a ten out of ten.
https://youtu.be/0URMMT4ZZBs?si=krS2ZrTJnOtxdUaY
The final workout is a Walking Workout Walk And Tone. The walking workout is one of my favorite workouts because of the scenery; it’s in the snow in France. Another reason was the moves: thirty seconds of walking and sixty seconds of toning. Everything about the workout is a lot of fun, and one of my favorite workout. The workout is a ten out ten.

These workouts are only for the last two weeks of December. The workouts were a lot of fun, and I liked every workout’s challenge. I would do all of these workout over.
Love,
DSM
