February was a jam-packed workout month. I purchased one of those mini steppers and fell in love with it. Just working out without a program wasn’t fun, so of course, I looked up mini Steppers workouts on YouTube and found mini Steppers workouts. I made a playlist that cater just to mini steppers workout and I love it. Those workout were incoporate with the other workouts.
Week 1 & 2: Add a New Workout
As I blogged earlier, I added the mini stepper workout to my playlist. I begin the first week of February with a mini steppers workout. The workout is a 10-Minute Beginners Mini Steppers Workout. The 10-minute mini steppers workout is my favorite workout. I like the 10-minute mini steppers workout because you are focusing more on the steps, nothing more. With the other mini steppers workout, you can use dumbbells or resistance bands (which I don’t use). The workout is a lot of fun, and if you want to just focus on the steps and get a quick mini workout in then this workout is the one for you. I give the workout a ten out of ten.

The following workout is LWR’s #fitglam Workout For Women To Burn Calories, Sculpt Arms, And Bust Lift. Try saying that four times. In the workout, you will need a chair and a pillow. I know that you are wondering why you need the pillow. The pillow is used for bust lifting workout. I really like this workout and it’s workouts under fifteen minutes. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another LWR workout. This workout is her 7-minute 7-Day Challenge Lower Body Workout. Next to my triceps, I hate working on my lower body (especially my inner thighs). This workout was mixing muscle strengthening with cardio. The workout makes lower body exercise actually fun. This workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is another mini steppers workout. This workout is called 15 Minute Mini Steppers Burn Out Workout. And this workout does right by it’s name. The workout will burn you out. It mixes, of course, the mini steppers with squats, lunges, and resistance bands, which are on each side of the steppers. The workout is trying at best but in a good way. It also depe,nds which stepper you are using also. The pink one I believe is more advance but I could be wrong (i bought the pink one as a valentine day gift to myself) I will check into a little more. I also don’t used the resistance band with the mini steppers I don’t know why I just don’t. I rather use 3 or 5 lbs dumbbells. All in all, although challenging, I like this workout. You will feel the burn all over. The workout is a ten out of ten.

If getting to big for your bridges were a person than you will see my picture. I though because I was able to hang well with the mini steppers workout I knew I could hang with the Intemediate level. Yeah as I blog in the past my ego has gotten me in a lot of trouble in the past. This workout name is called Intermediate Mini Steppers. In the words of Alanis Morissette I fell head over feet. The workout is twenty minutes long and I thought I got this because well I can hang with the fifteen minutes what’s five more minutes right? wrong. Halfway thru I was exhausted and need more water. Once I was done I didn’t want to stretch. I gave myself the performance level of six out of ten. The only reason I am giving myself a six is becauseI didn’t quit. I will try this workout again in a couple of month to see where my level is now.

I did my bedtime yoga practice which like I said is the best practice to help you sleep especially when you suffer from insomnia or anxiety like myself. I highly recommend this practice. This practice is a ten out of ten.

The following workout was something I had been interested in getting back into trying for a while, but I didn’t feel like I was at the level to try yet. The workout is working with a Bosu Ball. When I was in shape in my twenties, I used the ball quite frequently. Of course, I don’t remember what I did with my Bosu Ball, and once I was out of shape, it didn’t matter. However, being that I carried weight in my stomach, I want to find a way to target my abs from another angle. Enter the Bosu Ball. The workout is called the 25-Minute Bosu Cardio Workout For Fat Burning And Toning by BodyFit By Amy. I was a little apprehensive about the workout being that my ego almost cash a check that my workout level wasn’t ready for yet. But I thought to myself I will give it the old college try the worst thing that could happen? I did pretty good on the within Ball which was surprising. Amy also has alot modification that I wasn’t afraid to do. I was sweating afterward and tired. And I still had to go to workout with all that I will give the workout a ten out of ten. I was able to work my abs from different angles, got some toning & cardio all and all a good workout.

There is nothing more I love than a stretch workout. LWR’s 5 Min Stretch workout always fit the bill. What I love the most about the 5 Min Stretch is that within 5 minutes you have stretch every part of the body. Always a ten out of ten.

I made the same mistake twice in the same week. My ego was getting me in a lot of trouble. I had already try the intermediate mini steppers workout and we saw how it kick my ass. Well apparently I did not learn my lesson. I decide to try Mini Stepper Dance Party Workout. Now if you know anything about me you will know dancing doesn’t come natural to me. And for some reason I thought that this workout would be easier because well you are on the mini steppers. Wrong it was hard the workout was hard like the intermediate it was a twenty minute workout. However, it was hard and like the intermediate workout I think that to figure out how I really feel about this workout I would have to do this workout again. I will give my performance a 5 out of ten. I gave myself a 5 due to the fact when it come to dancing I am challenge.

The next two workout are my go to LWR’s workouts. I love these workouts because to me these workout helps get your body together. Especially if you are trying to get yourself together in a sexy dress. The first one is the 7 Minute Drop A Dress I love this workout because it works your body in different angles. And it’s a mini workout which if you are crunch for time this workout is definitely a must. Of course a ten out of ten.

The second workout is the Full Body Sculpt now this workout is all about getting you ready for that special dress or lingerie (no judgement). You do three rounds and like drop a dress size workout you mixed cardio with muscle training. The workout is a ten out of ten and should be part of the women’s bootcamp getting ready. I look on the mini steppers workout page on their YouTube channel and I found more workouts. What I found that I love the most is they had two more ten minute mini steppers workout. Which I appreciate because the other workout have proven to me that I wasn’t on their level yet. This mini steppers workout was ten minutes but this workout is tabatha style. At first the trainers energy was too much for me. But I enjoy this workout and it’s a ten out of ten.

I felt myself in February because I decided to try the Advance Cardio Blast Mini Steppers w/bands workout. I should have known better if the intermediate kicked my butt. I don’t know why I didn’t think the advance workout would be easier. Well, all in all, the workout kicked my ego butt. Eventually I will do the workout again but I give my performance a five. I end week one with a workout for the last fourteen years I have a love and hate relationship and that step aerobics. When I younger I was good at step aerobics it was my go to workout. However when I completely fell off with my workout I had to start back at ground one. I then rebuild my fitness level only to fall off again. This time around I am trying not to be so hard on myself and not compare myself to anyone including myself. I decide one more time before I graduate to another beginner workout I want to do basic step again. I am proud of myself because I know the moves by heart. I won’t lie it’s challenging to say the least but this time aroudn the moves I know by heart and the good news this workout is thirty minutes long and the time goes fast doing the workout. I start the 2nd week of February with a new FitOn Total Knockout with trainer Kenta Seki. I will admitted the reason I look at any workout because well I thought Kenta was fine. However after a few workouts he has became one of my favorite trainer on the app. The Total Knockout workout is a kickboxing style workout and I” love it. The workout is a lot of fun plus of course he has good modification. I don’t have the picture I usually have but you can’t find this workout on the FitOn app. Also another plus is this workout is only fifteen minutes long and a ten out of ten.
The next workout is a 10 Min Beginner Tabata Workout which is one of my favorites. Although this is a mini workout it’s an effective workout. The workout consists of regular steps and fast steps. If this workout hasn’t taught me anything with the mini less is more. This workout is a ten out of ten.
The following workout is about working on one of my problem areas, which, no matter how hard I work, feels like it will never go down, and that’s my stomach. The workout is called At Home Muffin Top Toning Workout. The workout is all standing, which I like. I prefer not to work on my abs on the ground. This workout was a lot of fun and a mini workout at that (the workout is only eight minutes long) . I give this workout a ten out of ten.

I like this workout because you are mixing the mini steppers and light dumbbells, also a little boxing training. This workout will get you sweaty and it will also work the majority of your body. The following workout is something I didn’t see myself getting back into, but I realize with how my brain works, I need this: Power Yoga. As I have blogged over the years, I have a complicated past with yoga, not really with yoga but with my ego and pride. Then I did what I do best when I don’t want to deal with something. I stop doing it. However, I came to realize that I need yoga for my anxiety to help me sleep for various reasons. Also I feel more confident in this skin then I have since maybe my twenties. So i decide to give yoga outside of bedtime yoga a try again. I tried weight loss yoga, this practice is beginner friendly which I need. Although some positions were hard for me to do I can say breathing and trying goes a long way. I enjoy this practice and it really help with my moral in trying with yoga again. As I blogged earlier, anxiety and also insomnia played a big part in why I got back into yoga. The following workouts are the Fiton app and one of my favorite trainers, Kenta Seki. Off subject, but that man is fine. Anywho, it’s not essential in the grand scheme of things. The workouts are Total Knockout & Hot Mess Express. Total Knockout has a kickboxing vibe that I love, and mixing that with Kenta’s energy makes the workout go pretty quickly. He also gives you alternatives to moves you might be unable to do. The workout is a ten out of ten. The next workout is Hot Mess Express. I don’t know if it’s just me, but the title alone is a lot of fun. It’s mixing cardio with strength training which too me is always a plus. I love both of these workouts and they are a ten out of ten.

Since February I have stopped this workout because whenever I do the workout I felt like I was getting any better however, whenever I finish my blog I will continue to put the workout. The following workout is one of my favorite 10 Min Mini workouts, and I enjoy the workout because you focus on just your steps. At first, the workout instructor was a little too much for me. Then I tried the workout again and then I appreciate the energetic energy that she brings to the table. I will give the workout a ten out of ten.

The following workout is something I struggle with off and on. The workout is Cathe Friedrich’s Basic Step. I struggle with this workout because well I have no rhythm. But I am getting better with step aerobics. The workout is a ten out of ten.

The following workout is from the Fiton app, with one of my favorite trainers. The workout is Hot Mess Express and Total Knockout. I love the workouts, which are never over forty minutes. With Hot Mess Express, you are mixing cardio with strength training, which I love. The other workout is Total Knockout, which combines kickboxing and some strength training. I love the workout and it’s a ten out of ten. I don’t have any picture to share this time. The instructor is Kenta Seki.
The following workout is another mini steppers workout. The workout is the 15 Min Mini Steppers Burn Out Workout. This workout definitely lives up to it’s name: Burn Out. The workout mixed with strenght training using the resistance bands. I don’t use the resistsnce bands I use 3lbs dumbbells instead. Along with some strenght training you will also doing some lower body exercise (i.e. squats and lunges) the workout is a ten out ten.

The following workout is the last workouts of the month of febaury/beginning of March. The workout is LWR’s Full Body Sculpt. As I blog before this workout is one of my go to. The workout goes three rounds five minutes each. What I love the most is along with the drop dress size workout the workout really helps you get ready for your special night that you are wearing that sexy dress. Of course the workout is a ten out of ten.

Last but definiely not least the workout is LWR’s Home Workout For Women- jog or walk. The workout is twenty minutes long and the workout like most of LWR’s walking workout is alot of fun and you will work on toning all over your body. I will give this workout a ten out of ten.

Febuary was a pretty good workout month. I am not going to lie looking back on my workout calendar i went a little crazy. But you live and you learn. All and all I could have done better yes. But I am learning to be proud of my results.
