The algorithm of social media has never stopped amazing me. You can like a few things a few times, and the next thing I know, your newsfeed will be filled with those likes. Since my weight loss and fitness journey began my interested have changed. Recently, I have been liking more trainers and their mini workouts. Once upon a time, I would have liked them and kept on scrolling. But now I watch them, and although I have lost a lot of weight, like any other human, I still have imperfections.
At one time, I accepted that things wouldn’t change. Now, I know that I will never be perfect (and I don’t want to be perfect), but there is nothing wrong with my problem areas. So, I decided to add these mini-workouts to my workout plan and rotation. I called them Target Mini Workouts. the reason I called it Target Mini Workout because it target my problem areas.
I have done a few of these workouts, and on top of the other monthly workout playlist, I decided to add this to my fitness journey. My plan is to stick with my target mini workout for two weeks with the minimum of three times a week.
I am proud to say last week I complete my first two weeks of my mini workout. I really like this workout it focus on the majority of problem areas. Inner thighs, Abs & Waist, Shoulder, Arms, and Core. Another plus is this workout is knee friendly being that I have a bad right knee so I appreciate any workout that comes with that plus.
Although challenging (we all know that coordination is not my strong suit), I love this workout. I highly recommend this workout, especially if you want to work on your inner thigh and core.
