Target Mini Workout

Ever since I started saving the mini workouts for Instagram, I would be lying if I told you I hadn’t fallen in love with the workouts. The workouts are less than ten minutes. So, if you are pressed for time, this is perfect for you. And as the heading says, it targets specific areas you want to work on. Honestly, I have a few problem areas. I never expected to be perfect, but my mini-workout makes me more confident and feels good because instead of getting upset about certain parts of my body I don’t like, I decided to work on them.

This workout is what I called from a trainer called WORTHYFITQ. It works on your belly fat and your arms. I know you need some belly fat, but I want it to get toned. And as for my arms, who doesn’t want to look toned and fit when you are waiting for something spaghetti strap or strapless? You will feel this mini-workout immediately. You do five rounds of fifteen reps.

Sometimes, I use five pounds, and sometimes, I use three pounds. I really enjoy doing this workout. I did it three or four times. I know that I should have done it more times, but working the way I was at the time, I was lucky to get the time in that I got. I will definitely do this workout again. Overall, this workout is a ten out of ten. I will definitely recommend it if your target areas include working on your belly fat and arms.
